I had previously used Ian Reid Vendor Advocates and was more than pleased with the services provided then, so when I decided to sell again I decided to use them again, and, once again I couldn’t have been happier with the way my sale was handled.
We engaged the services of Floris Antonides as we were conflicted with choosing an agent given our personal relationship with the agents and our concerns over ruining any friendship should the real estate transaction go south. Floris was a calm easy going presence and helped us make the right decision for us and was happy to be the buffer if we needed some buffering.
Thankfully no buffering was required.
